- Include all pupils in AIS supplementary (compensatory) instructional
programs served by teachers funded wholly or in part by sources other
than Title I.
- Include students served in regular
school day, before school, after school, and/or Board-approved
extended day programs.
- Do NOT include pupils served in AIS student support programs or
progress monitoring here. Report in C. 7 and/or C. 8.
- Only count students with disabilities for AIS instructional services
received, NOT for services listed on their IEPs.
- Only count English language learners for AIS instructional services
received, NOT for Part 154 services.
- In non-graded situations, include
participants in the grade designation appropriate to their age
level.
- In column 1, enter the total number (unduplicated) of students by
grade level participating in any AIS instructional program funded by
sources other than Title I (English language arts, mathematics, social
studies, and/or science). Count each pupil only once in this column.
- In columns 2 - 5, enter the number of students in each standard area
served in AIS instructional programs funded by sources other than Title
I.
- Total each column.
You will need to enter a pupil in as many standards areas as
necessary. In most cases, this will result in numbers that exceed the
unduplicated count in column 1. |
